I’m a systems-minded designer with over a decade of experience in visual and digital design. My background in visual communication design helps me translate complex ideas into clear, usable interfaces and tools.

Over time, I’ve become increasingly interested in the systems behind the work: how information flows, how people interact with tools and services, and where friction occurs. I enjoy identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and designing solutions that simplify processes and improve real-world outcomes.

My work now focuses on UX and service-oriented design, particularly in contexts where design can make a practical difference in people’s lives. I’m especially interested in healthcare, education, and social impact, where thoughtful design can help make services more accessible, understandable, and effective.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching films, exploring YouTube rabbit holes, or playing adventure, simulation and strategy games. I'm always keen to learn something new, and have a rotating set of hobbies & interests.
